SO WHY IS HELPING ANIMALS SO IMPORTANT TO DAVID?

There are many needy people and causes in the world, but David chose to direct his attentions, comedy and efforts towards raising money for animal welfare groups.  Here's why:  There is a great need for monetary help for these organizations to do what they do, and it is growing.  Across this country on a daily basis animals are being left on the sides of roads, in ditches, in fields, to fend for themselves.  They can't though.  It is only through the intense efforts of animal welfare organizations that these animals have any chance of survival.  This is why David does what he does. A society is only strong when it takes care of those who are the weakest.  Animals in need, be they from the wild, or domestic pets, are voicelss and vulnerable.  David's show won't fix all the problems, but it's a start.

These videos were shot at The Simcoe and District Humane Society, but the story is universal.

THIS IS A GOOD THING

I promised that if enough tickets were sold at the Anual Ducky Race for Simcoe and District Humane Society that I would let a ticket buyer push me into the river.
